We just wanted to let you know how great the floors turned out. We appreciate your great customer service as well. One of the surprising things was how dust free the whole process was. Other floor refinishing contractors advised us that the dust free claim was just a bunch of bull, but from our first hand experience we found that this wasn't the case and your company, Big Valley , was about as dust free as one could expect. We had minimal clean up after the floors were completed. Thanks again for the good job.

The Finished Product -- The most important thing of all was the finished floor. It looks fantastic. We were really very nervous about having this work done, but we are so thrilled with the results.
